Yeah! I managed to find Rockhopper in an hour! Yay! I thought I will never meet him in time to get his special background!
It looks like Yarr is again with Rockhopper, I wish we get to meet Bambadee soon!

I met Rockhopper twice! He told us stories! The first time, I met him on the following:
Server: Ascent
Place on the Map: Cove
Time: ???
The second time I met him on the following:
Server: Mammoth
Places on the Map: Dock, Pizza Parlor, Forest, Town, Plaza
Time: Around 11 am Pacific Time
