1. Getting To Know Jesus

QUESTION: Who is Jesus?

ANSWER: Jesus s God’s Son

Because sin came into the world when Adam and Eve disobeyed God,

God asked Jesus to come make things right again.

Jesus was born (Just about 2,000 years ago)

And he lived in a part of the world called the Holy Land.

When he was about thirty years old, he began to preach and to heal.

Three of four years later he was nailed to a cross to die.

When the people who loved him went to his grave three days later,

Jesus’ body wasn’t there.

He had come back to life just like he said he would.

QUESTION: Where is Jesus now?

ANSWER: Jesus is in heaven with his father

But he has not left us alone on earth. He sent the Holy Spirit

to live with us-

to make us strong when we feel like giving up

to help us care about other people when we sometimes don’t

feel like it,

to tell us that Jesus will always love us.

QUESTION: Why did Jesus have to die?

ANSWER: It was all part of gods plan to make things right what had become so wrong because of sin.

You see, we all deserve to be punished.

God loves us so much he sent Jesus to take our punishment.

Because of Jesus we can know for sure that God welcomes us into his arms-

right now and when we die and go to be with him.

Part 2

QUESTION: Does Jesus love me?

ANSWER: Jesus loves you more then you can imagine.

He loves you when you cry and when you laugh;

when you argue with your brother or

when you’ve had a bad day.

He loves you so much that he died for you-but he isn’t still dead.

He is alive, and he is loving and watching you every day.

QUESTION: Will Jesus ever stop loving me?

ANSWER: No!

There will be times when you wonder if Jesus is really real.

There will be times when you wonder if he loves you.

There will be times when you do things that you shouldn’t-

when you act mean to your sister

or lie to your father.

But when you pray and tell Jesus that you have times when you doubt;

when you pray and tell Jesus that you know you’ve done wrongand you want to do better-

you can be sure that he will NEVER let you down.

He will love you your whole life long,

and you will live with him forever.

there will be more added to this page during this week or next week…It will be updated with a HOW TO PRAY part.

QUESTION: How do I know I’m a christian?

ANSWER: There are many signs.

When you love Jesus with all the love you can give,

when you know deep down that Jesus loves you,

when you believe he died to forgive your sins,

when you want to live for Jesus-

Those are good signs that help you know you are a Christian

Sure, you’re going to fail sometimes .

But, you see, God’s love for you is so great that it covers those times when you fail.

He sees deep into your heart.

He knows your desire to live for him, and he loves you.

2. The ABC’s

How to become a Christian

If you want to become a Christian you must believe in your heart that Jesus is GODS son.

One way to think of this is the ABC’s,

Admit to God you are a sinner.

Believe that Jesus is God’s son and he died on the cross to pay for your sins

Confess your sins to Jesus Christ (Be sorry for the bad things you did.) Ask him to come and live in your heart by his spirit.

If you do this and truly believe that Jesus Died on the cross you will be a Christian.

And I pray that you will walk with Jesus Christ and never, ever, turn away from him.

Some people think you just have to live a good life and do many good things to go to heaven, and they truly believe it. So we need to pray for these people so that they come to know Jesus the way we do.

If you are having hard times in your life, try talking them over with your parents, and pray that God will comfort you.

3. How To Pray

QUESTION : How do I start?

ANSWER: Praying is not as hard as you may think .

What is hard is to get into the habit of talking with God every day.

Maybe you could start by picking a special time every day.

Think about things for which you want to say
“Thank you” or “I’m sorry” or “please help me”

Then tell God those things
you don’t have to use fancy words… You can talk to God like you talk to your dad or mom or a friend.

QUESTION: Can I tell God anything?

ANSWER: You sure can!

There isn’t anything you could say to him that would make him stop loving you.

You can tell him when you’re sad or grumpy

You can thank him when everything’s going your way.

You can lean on him when you’re having a bad day.

You can talk to him just like you would talk to a friend.

But you know what?

Your friends might let you down.

Your mom and dad might not always listen.

But God will always listen-and he’ll understand.

QUESTION: How do I know God hears me?

ANSWER: God promises to listen!

God has promised in the Bible that he will listen to you.

Look at psalm 66: 17-19 (below in red)

17 I cried out to him with my mouth;
his praise was on my tongue.

18 If I had cherished sin in my heart,
the Lord would not have listened;

19 but God has surely listened
and heard my voice in prayer.

Now read John 16:23, where God promises to listen when you pray in Jesus’ name. (below in blue)

23 In that day you will no longer ask me anything. I tell you the truth, my Father will give you whatever you ask in my name.

Most important of all, the Holy Spirit lives in your heart.

He helps you know for sure the God listens when you talk to him.

QUESTION: Must I fold my hands and close my eyes when I pray?

ANSWER: That’s one way to do it.

Closing your eyes shows you don’t want anything to get in the way of talking with God.

But it’s not the only way to pray.

You can pray while on your knees or standing up.

You can pray with toys in your hands or while you’re hugging your mom.

You can talk to God at any time because he’s always right there with you.

And he wants you to be his friend.

4. Love Passage for Kids

If I can speak beautifully and can sing like an angel, but don’t love others, I sound like a child banging on a piano or a screeching radio.I I’m very smart, almost a genius, if I can figure out the hardest math problems and understand sentence diagrams, but don’t love others, I am nothing.

Love will stand in line and ait its turn.

Love looks for good in others.

Love doesn’t always want what others have, and it doesn’t brag about what it does have.

Love is polite, even when the other person is rude.

L ove doesn’t get angry over the small things, and it doesn’t remember one reason after another to be hurt.

Love isn’t happy when someone else fails but is happy with the truth.

Love will always protect others, especially those who are often picked on or teased.

Love always believes the best about others and is steady and true.

Love never gives up. Preaching will stop someday. So will speeches. Knowledge will come to an end. Today we only know part of what there is to know. We can preach and speak only with a small part of understanding, but when perfection comes then what is imperfect will go away.

I am now young, and so I talk and think and speak like a child. When I become an adult I will put childish ways behind me. Now we see only a poor reflection, like in a mirror; then we will see face-to-face. Now I only know part of what there is to know; then I will know fully and will be fully known.

And now these three remain: faith, hope and love. But the greatest of these is love

1 Corinthians 13:13

5. Reading time: James

We are going to read James chapter 2: verses 14- to the end of the chapter… (below in purple)

Faith and Deeds

14What good is it, my brothers, if a man claims to have faith but has no deeds? Can such faith save him? 15Suppose a brother or sister is without clothes and daily food. 16If one of you says to him, “Go, I wish you well; keep warm and well fed,” but does nothing about his physical needs, what good is it? 17In the same way, faith by itself, if it is not accompanied by action, is dead.

18But someone will say, “You have faith; I have deeds.”
Show me your faith without deeds, and I will show you my faith by what I do.

19You believe that there is one God. Good! Even the demons believe that—and shudder.

20You foolish man, do you want evidence that faith without deeds is useless[d]? 21Was not our ancestor Abraham considered righteous for what he did when he offered his son Isaac on the altar? 22You see that his faith and his actions were working together, and his faith was made complete by what he did. 23And the scripture was fulfilled that says, “Abraham believed God, and it was credited to him as righteousness,”[e] and he was called God’s friend. 24You see that a person is justified by what he does and not by faith alone.

25In the same way, was not even Rahab the prostitute considered righteous for what she did when she gave lodging to the spies and sent them off in a different direction? 26As the body without the spirit is dead, so faith without deeds is dead.

The main thing about what this is saying is that you Shouldn’t just say or listen to what you have to do, but you have to act.

Look at the example of Rahab who hid the spies…. (below in Orange)

1 Then Joshua son of Nun secretly sent two spies from Shittim. “Go, look over the land,” he said, “especially Jericho.” So they went and entered the house of a prostitute [a] named Rahab and stayed there.

2 The king of Jericho was told, “Look! Some of the Israelites have come here tonight to spy out the land.” 3 So the king of Jericho sent this message to Rahab: “Bring out the men who came to you and entered your house, because they have come to spy out the whole land.”

4 But the woman had taken the two men and hidden them. She said, “Yes, the men came to me, but I did not know where they had come from. 5 At dusk, when it was time to close the city gate, the men left. I don’t know which way they went. Go after them quickly. You may catch up with them.” 6 (But she had taken them up to the roof and hidden them under the stalks of flax she had laid out on the roof.) 7 So the men set out in pursuit of the spies on the road that leads to the fords of the Jordan, and as soon as the pursuers had gone out, the gate was shut.

Tell me what you think…

6. Kids study of James Chapter 3

The notes are in green and the bible verses are in black (This study was written for me by my dad)

1 Dear brothers and sisters, not many of you should become teachers in the church, for we who teach will be judged more strictly.

2 Indeed, we all make many mistakes. For if we could control our tongues, we would be perfect and could also control ourselves in every other way.

3 We can make a large horse go wherever we want by means of a small bit in its mouth. 4 And a small rudder makes a huge ship turn wherever the pilot chooses to go, even though the winds are strong. 5 In the same way, the tongue is a small thing that makes grand speeches.

But a tiny spark can set a great forest on fire. 6 And the tongue is a flame of fire. It is a whole world of wickedness, corrupting your entire body. It can set your whole life on fire, for it is set on fire by hell itself.

We can use our tongues and words to hurt people and say wrong things. But our tongue and words do not have to be wicked and wrong. With God’s help we can use them to speak right things that are true and will help people.

7 People can tame all kinds of animals, birds, reptiles, and fish, 8 but no one can tame the tongue. It is restless and evil, full of deadly poison. It says no one can tame the tongue. So why should we bother to try? Because with God’s help we can tame our tongue.

. 9 Sometimes it praises our Lord and Father, and sometimes it curses those who have been made in the image of God. 10 And so blessing and cursing come pouring out of the same mouth. Surely, my brothers and sisters, this is not right! 11 Does a spring of water bubble out with both fresh water and bitter water? 12 Does a fig tree produce olives, or a grapevine produce figs? No, and you can’t draw fresh water from a salty spring.

It is not right to be in church praising God and then be at home or at school saying unkind things to others.

True Wisdom Comes from God

13 If you are wise and understand God’s ways, prove it by living an honorable life, doing good works with the humility that comes from wisdom. 14 But if you are bitterly jealous and there is selfish ambition in your heart, don’t cover up the truth with boasting and lying. 15 For jealousy and selfishness are not God’s kind of wisdom. Such things are earthly, unspiritual, and demonic. 16 For wherever there is jealousy and selfish ambition, there you will find disorder and evil of every kind.

17 But the wisdom from above is first of all pure. It is also peace loving, gentle at all times, and willing to yield to others. It is full of mercy and good deeds. It shows no favoritism and is always sincere. 18 And those who are peacemakers will plant seeds of peace and reap a harvest of righteousness.

There are two kinds of wisdom. What are they? The wisdom from the devil or from the world, that makes us just think about ourselves; and the wisdom from God, from above, that is pure and gentle and makes us think about what God wants us to do.

If you have asked Jesus to live in your heart, you have God’s wisdom living inside you. God will help you to tame your tongue to use it to speak good and right things and not unkind and wrong things. Let God teach you with the wisdom He gives you.

Think of one example of where you have been using your tongue and words to speak wrong or unkind things. Maybe you speak wrongly to your parents or brother or sister, or to someone at school. Tell God you are sorry and let Him help you start to speak good and true things to that person.

One more example. Sometimes we use our tongues to speak wrong unkind things about ourselves! We say, “Oh I am so stupid.” Or “I am so dumb.” We should not speak that way about ourselves. We should say, “I am God’s child and He loves me very much even though I am not perfect.” God is pleased when we speak that way about ourselves.

God will help us tame our tongues! It’s not easy but with His help we can do it.

7. Moses at the Bat

In the Big Inning

(NOTE BY DUCKWIT: Just so this piece of writing makes more sense to some of you, the word “Smote” means to hit. And a BIG thanks to the Author who allowed me to put this on my blog, Hyman S. Baras)

While baseball is generally considered a “modern” sport, there are references in the Bible that could lead one to deduce that, in fact, there were Giants in those days as well:

8. Respecting others

Many people in Club penguin go around saying things like “Member party at my igloo” and only let members be their buddy. But Non-members are part of Club penguin too, they are fun to hang out with, sometimes they can be more fun because they aren’t to fancy and they appreciate the stuff they have in a different way than members. (Still it depends a little on the character of the person)

Matthew 7:12

“So in everything, do to others what you would have them do to you.”

Duckwit’s verse:

“So in everything, treat non-members how you would treat members”

9.Music Video: I’m Trading My Sorrows

This is my first music video, please rate it and tell me what you think;

10. Lamp of the Body

Luke 11:33-36

33“No one lights a lamp and puts it in a place where it will be hidden, or under a bowl. Instead he puts it on its stand, so that those who come in may see the light. 34Your eye is the lamp of your body. When your eyes are good, your whole body also is full of light. But when they are bad, your body also is full of darkness. 35See to it, then, that the light within you is not darkness. 36Therefore, if your whole body is full of light, and no part of it dark, it will be completely lighted, as when the light of a lamp shines on you.”

11. “Gravity”

This is my third and probably best music video yet, enjoy;

Hope this page will inspire you to become Christian!

The stuff I put on here are Secrets which Club Penguin TM made. Glitches are things they did slightly wrong that caused an unnormal thing in the game such as infinite loading screens…. frozen frames… etc…. Just wanted to clear that up. Thank you!
